    James oversees ODIN’s strategic and commercial direction. In less than three years in his role as Founding CEO, he has successfully transitioned the business from a three person boutique consultancy to a 30+ strong company with a portfolio of clients that include some of Europe’s most iconic brands and media organizations.

    James’ extensive experience of digital business model design, coupled with an intricate knowledge of the technical landscape, has led him to be widely regarded as a leading expert on Audience Monetization and Digital Growth strategies.

    As a Founding Partner, Bal applies a truly 360 approach: working with clients across high-level operational transformation strategies, whilst driving forward key internal functions spanning strategy, finance, operations and delivery. In his current role as COO, Bal blends commercial and managerial expertise with strong technical knowledge and a creative approach to problem-solving.

    Bal’s track record speaks for itself. Over the last two decades, Bal has successfully led the delivery of full-cycle business transformation projects for clients including SOAS, The National History Museum, Legal & General, National Express, NSPCC, HSBC and The British Library. He remains heavily involved in the Client Delivery aspects of ODIN’s operations, putting his extensive experience of programme methodologies including scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) and waterfall (PRINCE2, MSP) to use across projects focused on building robust operational and delivery mechanisms to support long-term commercial objectives.

  • Keith Bishop

    CTO

    Keith brings over 20 years experience working in senior technical delivery and digital transformation roles. Having led the architecture, design, build and implementation of high-visibility projects for brands including WHICH?, Evolok and News UK, Keith set up ODIN in 2014 with James and Bal.

    As ODIN’s CTO Keith heads up a 25+ strong development team and oversees the Strategic Technical Consultancy and Digital Delivery departments. Keith’s specialisms include technical architecture design and implementation of transformative identity management, pay-wall and audience/content monetization strategies. Keith’s vision and his ability to apply the latest technologies to solve critical business challenges, has driven award-winning digital transformation and platform solutions.
